A web application for running surveys through call centers.
Trivia Marketing International was constantly collecting data via different call centers. But working with different call centers can bring some issues: the call centers only sent data collected regularly (weekly, daily at best). But you sometime want to have a real-time overview of what’s happening. Furthemore, as the company responsible for the data safety and confidentiality, you rely on call centers processes, which may sometime not be enough.
This survey app was built with those points in mind: having an application the call centers will use to run the surveys (operators will fill-up questionnaire within the app). That way, Trivia Marketing International could certify data safety and confidentiality while having a real-time overview of how much surveys were run.
